Opinion:
LOST: Via Domus can be summarized as 'a good time'. The game tells a side story that happens during the first 80 days on the island (arguably the best time on the island in the actual show), and was directed by the show's writers, so I guess it is canon? Not that it matters with the way the show ended.

Overall this game is meant for those that enjoy the show and want to find out more about the island (although you dont really get any valuable information from the game). You see the whole thing as a made up character with amnesia (Elliott Maslow) who is trying to solve his own mysteries, while seeing all of the happenings from another perspective (the Hatch for example). This makes you wonder, who else might have been involved in everything that is going on. You do run into the characters from the show, Hugo, Locke, etc.

Via Domus has average visuals, with average puzzles, set in average levels. If you do not care about the show, you will care even less about this game. That being said, for those passionate about the show it is very easy to get engrossed into the mysteries of the island and spend hours trying to solve its puzzles.
